The Findings Will Inform The Government Of Montenegro And Unicef Future Programming In The Area Of Ecd. Furthermore, The Ministry Of Health Is Leading The Process Of Developing A National Ecd Strategy And The Evaluation Will Provide Recommendations That Can Be Used To Facilitate Monitoring And Implementation Of The Strategy. Specifically, The Evaluation Objectives Include: Assess Relevance, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Sustainability And Potential Future Impact Of The Action. Identify Some Of The Immediate Results And Good Practices And Lessons Learnt. Develop Recommendations For Unicef And The Government Of Montenegro For Sustaining Good Results And Good Practices And Addressing Existing Challenges And Barriers In Ecd, Including With Respect To Cross Cutting Issues Of Child Rights, Gender And Equity.
