Oulainen Teollisuuskiinteistö Oy, Owned By Oulainen Municipality, Is Building An Extension To The Production Hall Located At Kivikankaantie 18. The Extent Of The Extension Is Approximately 9,900 Brm² And It Will Be Placed At The Northern End Of The Existing Hall. Bidders Are Also Asked For An Option Price Of Approximately 1,500 Brm2 For The Additional Extension. The Hall Extension Will Be Carried Out As A Kvr Contract, Including Planning, Applying For Permits And Construction In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Land Clearing Work In The Pima Areas Located At The Northern End Of The Site Will Be Carried Out Separately As The Customers Own Work. According To The Preliminary Schedule, The Contractor Will Be Selected During Spring 2023 And Construction Work Is Planned To Start In Late Spring/Early Summer 2023. The Site Must Be Ready From The End Of Summer 2024.
