The Object Of Dps Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Attachments. Dps Classes The Dynamic Procurement System Is Divided Into Two (2) Independent Categories (Sub-Areas):- Category 1: Furniture As Goods Procurement- Category 2: Furniture As Service Procurement The Products And Services Included In The Categories Are Described In The Attachments Of The Request For Participation 1A Dps Object, Category 1 Furniture As Procurement Of Goods And 1B Dps Object, Category 2 Furniture As Service Procurement. The Candidate Can Apply For One Category Or Both Categories With One Application. The Candidate Must Indicate The Category/Categories To Which The Candidate Submits The Participation Application In The Section Criteria For The Object Of Procurement. The Candidate Must Submit The Required Attachments And Reports Showing The Candidates Suitability And Compliance With The Participation Request For Each Category He/She Applies For. A Separate Category-Specific Dps Contract Will Be Made With The Accepted Candidates For Each Category. Dpss Kestodps Duration Is 12.10.2021-11.11.2025. The Acquisition Phase Of Dps Starts After The Establishment Phase On 12 November 2021. The Dps Acquisition Phase Ends When The Dps Expires On November 11, 2025. Hansel Has The Right To Suspend The Dynamic Procurement System Or Its Individual Category (Category 1 Or 2) During Its Validity. During The Duration Of Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply For Participation In The Classes Of Dps. The Dps Is Valid Until 11/11/2025, Unless Hansel Interrupts It While The Dps Is Valid. Dps Internal Competitionshansel Oys Customers Make Purchases Among The Candidates Accepted For Each Category Of Dps Through Dps Internal Competitions. Internal Tenders Can Be Held After The Procurement Phase Of Dps Begins. Procurement Contracts Must Be Concluded Before The End Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Procurement Contracts Can Be Valid Until 11 November 2027 At Most. Each Tender Within The Dynamic Procurement System Must Be Conducted For One Category. This Means That The Customers Request For Quotation Can Only Apply To Category 1 Or Category 2. Category 1 Furniture As Procurement Of Goods: Purchases (Orders) Based On The Procurement Contract Can Be Made Before The End Of The Procurement Contract. Deliveries Based On Orders Must Be Delivered No Later Than Six (6) Months After The End Of The Procurement Contract. Category 2 Furniture As A Service Purchase: Purchases (Orders) Based On A Procurement Contract Can Be Made Before The End Of The Procurement Contract. The Ordered Services And The Products Included In Them Must Be Delivered During The Duration Of The Procurement Contract.
