Tenders Are Invited For Expert Services For Bridge Inspections, Design And Site Supervision

The Technical Services Of The City Of Kotka (Customer, Procurement Unit) Requests Offers For General And Special Inspections Of Bridges, Design And Construction Services, As Well As Supervision During Construction Work And Site Services In Accordance With The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1. General And Special Inspection Of Bridges Sub-Area 2. Bridge Design Section 3. Bridge Construction And Working Land Supervision The Bid Can Be Submitted To One Or More Sub-Areas. All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements Are Selected For The Areas. Each Sub-Area Will Establish Its Own Framework Arrangement Lasting Two (2) Years, Which The Customer Can Extend By Separate Decisions By Adopting Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, Because The Expert Services The Amount, Scope And Exact Content Cannot Be Estimated In Advance. Services Are Procured During The Contract Period As Needed, In The Procurement There Is No Prior Commitment To Certain Procurement Quantities. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Include Quantity Or Minimum Purchase Obligations. Parallel Or Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed.
