1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Entitled Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road In Będzitów. The Length Of The Road To Be Reconstructed Is Approx. 1.2 Km. The Task Covers The Section From The Exit From The District Road No. 2359C To The End Of The Development. The Scope Includes Reconstruction Of The Surface, Construction Of A One-Sided Pavement On A Section Of 162.5 M, Construction Of Exits, Regulation And Protection Of External Devices, Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization. Solutions Adopted In The Projectgeometry The Following Solutions Have Been Adopted In The Project: Road. The Need To Accommodate The Designed Roadway With Shoulders And Slopes With A Variable And Irregular Lane Forced The Use Of 11 Bends In The Road Axis In The Plan. Eight Of Them Were Rounded With Horizontal Arches With Radii From 200 To 500 M, While Three, Due To Small Turning Angles, Had No Bends. No Widening Of The Road Lanes Is Required. Pavement Width - 5.0 M, Shoulder Width - 2*0.75 M. A Left-Hand Side Sidewalk With A Width Of 2.0 M On The Section From The Beginning Of The Reconstruction To Km 0+170.0. The Exits On The Section With The Sidewalk With Slants 1:1 On The Width Of 2.0 M, On The Remaining Sections Rounded With Arches With A Radius Of 3.0 M. The Designed Longitudinal Slopes Of The Gradeline Range From 0.34% To 5.68%. Cross Slopes Of The Pavement - 2.0%, On Both Sides, Excluding Sections From The Beginning Of The Task To Km 0+176.0 And From Km 0+568.80 To Km 0+639.78, One-Sided, Directed To The Right Side. The Change Of The Cross Slope Takes Place On Sections 30.0 M Long. Drainage Surface Drainage Has Been Designed For The Adjacent Area Within The Right-Of-Way. The Grade Line Is Slightly Above The Existing Elevations. Roadsides Reinforced With Aggregate With A Slope Towards The Ground. Sidewalks Are Also Surface Drained Towards The Roadway. The Slope Of Exits With A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes On A Section Of 2.0 M Adjacent To The Roadway As On The Pavement, Then The Slope Should Be Adapted To The Elevations Of The Terrain At The Border Of The Right-Of-Way. The Slope Of The Bitumen Exits Should Be Adjusted To The Ordinates Of The Terrain In The Fields. The Exits On The Section Outside The Sidewalk Have A Bituminous Surface With Roundings With A Radius Of 3.0 M, Exits Along The Sidewalk - Made Of Concrete Cubes. The Cobblestone Descents Have A Concrete Retaining Frame And 2.0 X 2.0 M Diagonals. Bitumen Exits Are Designed As A Surface - Without Borders With The Use Of Offsets In The Structural Layers. The Exits Are Designed To The Border Of The Road Plot. The Elevations Of The Exits At The Border Of The Right-Of-Way Should Be Adapted To The Existing Terrain. The Width Of The Exit Surface Is From 3.5 To 5.0 M. Exit No. 5 At Km 0+79.90 Has A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes And Requires Reconstruction, The Other Exits Have An Unimproved Surface Or Are Designed On The Ground And Will Be Built As New. The Bill Of Quantities And The List Of Exits Include Exit No. 41 With A Bituminous Surface Without The Specified Location. To Be Performed In A Place Agreed With The Employer. Construction Construction Of The Roadway For Light Traffic Kr 1, Materials From The Existing Surface Are Treated As Excavation. Binding - Asphalt Concrete Ac 16W (Kr 1-2) - 6 Cm, • Base - Mix Not Bound With Aggregate C90/3 - 20 Cm, • Sand - 20 Cm, Strengthening The Roadside At The Width Of 0.75 M - Mix Not Bound With Aggregate C90/3 – 20 Cm, Further Off The Roadside Greenery With A Slope To The Ground. Bituminous Slip Roads: • Abrasive Water - Asphalt Concrete Ac 11S (Kr 1-2) - 4 Cm, • Leveling The Subbase - Asphalt Concrete Ac 16W (Kr 1-2) - 50 Kg /M2, • Base - Mix Not Bound With Aggregate C90/3 - 20 Cm, • Sand - 20 Cm, Strengthening The Roadside To The Border Of The Right-Of-Way At A Width Of 0.75 M - Mix Not Bound With Aggregate C90/3 - 20 Cm, Further Greenery Profiled With With A Slope To The Ground. Concrete Cube Descents: • Concrete Cubes On A Cement And Sand Bedding - 8 Cm, Recommended Color - Anthracite• Foundation - Concrete C8/10 - 15 Cm, • Sand - 20 Cm. • Reinforcement Of The Shoulder To The Border Of The Right-Of-Way At A Width Of 0.75 M - Mix Not Bound With Aggregate C90/3 - 20 Cm, Further Greenery Profiled With A Slope To The Terrain. Pavement Limitation - Concrete Retaining Wall 12X25 Cm On A Concrete Footing With A Resistance, The Restriction Should Be Applied Beyond The Width Of The Pavement. For Technological Reasons, Do Not Use A Resistor On The Part Of The Exit In The Pavement Strip, Visual Separation Of The Exit Will Be Provided By The Color Of The Surface. On The Border Of The Exit - Sidewalk, Cut The Cubes. External Devices Solutions In The Field Of External Devices: On The Water Supply Network • Height Adjustment Of Valve Boxes, On The Teletechnical Network • Assembly Of Two-Section Casing Pipes. At Km 0+962.5, As A Result Of Changing The Course Of The Road In The Plan, Replace The Existing Protective Pipe With A New One, 9 M Long. At The Exits In The Locations Indicated In The List Of Exits And The Site Plan, Two-Piece Protective Pipes Should Be Laid At A Total Length Of 69 M• Liquid Fuel Transmission Pipeline At Km 0+466.40, There Is A Fuel Transmission Pipeline Under The Road That Requires Protection. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Agreement Of The Pipeline Manager (Pern Ul. Wyszogrodzka 133, 09-410 Płock) After Notifying Him In Advance And Determining The Method Of Ownership Supervision. Prior To The Commencement Of Basic Works, Make Control Excavations In Order To Finally Confirm The Actual Route Of The Pipeline And Signal Cables. The Pipeline Must Be Secured With A Two-Section Steel Protective Pipe With A Diameter Of 508.8 Mm, Made Of S 235Jr Steel, At A Length Of 8.0 M. Welded Pipe Halves. Remove The Existing Insulation From The Conduit And Apply A New One, Insulation Class C30, Before Applying The Protective Pipe. Between The Service Pipe And The Protective Pipe, Use Spacer Bands With A Height Of 65 Mm, Spaced Every 1.0 M; Double Layered End Bands. Sealing The Ends Of The Casing Pipe With A Heat Shrink Band, Sealing Compound And Polyurethane Foam. Insulate The Casing Pipe In Class C30. Lead The Signaling Cables To The Signaling Post. Deliver The As-Built Inventory To The Pipeline Manager. During The Works, Follow The Guidelines For Designing The Construction Of Pipeline Passages Under Roads And Railway Tracks, Included As A Component Of The Detailed Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Signage And Traffic Safety Devices. The Permanent Marking Is Designed For The Internal Road Under The Management Of The Contracting Authority. The Temporary Organization Of Traffic Assumes That The Accessibility Of The Road For The Duration Of The Works Is Limited For Construction Vehicles And Access Necessary To The Adjacent Fields And Buildings. Trees And Green Areas. The Bill Of Quantities Shows More Trees Than In The Decision Authorizing Their Felling - Trees That Do Not Require A Permit For Removal Are Also Included. Compensatory Planting Should Be Carried Out In The Amount Of 101 Trees (Warty Birch) And 180 M2 Of Shrubs (Common Privet). The Proposed Location Of Plantings Is Shown In The Attached Sketches (Plot No. 124/2 In Będzitów And Plot No. 13 In Mierzwin). If Felling Is Carried Out During The Breeding Season Of Birds, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain An Ornithological Opinion. In Addition To Compensatory Plantings, The Scope Of The Task Includes The Delivery And Installation Of 10 Nesting Boxes For Birds And 10 Shelters For Bats. The Contractor Will Agree The Locations With The Employer And Will Order Ornithological Supervision Over The Above Works. The Costs Of Ensuring Ornithological Supervision And Obtaining An Ornithological Opinion Are Borne By The Contractor. The Requirements For Nesting Boxes And Shelters For Bats Are Included In The Attached Decision On Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Investment, Pages 2-3.
