The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused And Unrefurbished, In Perfect Condition And Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Slovak Republic For The Purposes Of Use In A Medical Facility. An Integral Part Of The Contract Is The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Agreed Place Of Delivery, I.E. J. Directly To The Premises In Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Installed, At His Own Expense, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Handing Over The Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Rights To The Subject Of The Contract, Provision Of User Documentation For The Subject Of The Contract Necessary For Proper And Error-Free Use Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Specified Purpose In Accordance With All Legal Regulations, In Particular, But Not Exclusively: Instructions For Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Complete User Documentation, Technical Service Documentation, Completion And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract (Installation) With The Issuance Of An Installation Certificate , Testing The Functionality And Operability Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Training The Staff Of The Public Contracting Authority On The Correct Use Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Issuance Of A Training Certificate Containing The Name List Of The Trained Personnel, As Well As Providing Or Ensuring Warranty Repairs In The Event Of Defects In The Subject Of The Contract In The During The Warranty Period, Including Regular Safety And Electrical Inspections According To The Manufacturers Recommendations And The Applicable Sr Legislation During The Warranty Period.
