Define And Implement A Methodology To Develop The Evaluation Process, Considering Different Aspects: The Design Of A Methodology To Collect The Information, The Definition Of Tools And Instruments To Process The Information And The Presentation Of A Work Plan 3.2. Analyze The Existing Information About The Project, Emphasizing The Methodologies Implemented, The Technical And Financial Reports Presented By Unodc And Undp, And Other Documentation That Can Be Contributed To The Process. 3.2. Evaluation Of The Implementation Of The Project Under The Coverage And Targeting Criteria, Identifying The Beneficiary Territories And Populations, The Scale And The Resources Used. 3.3.Results: General Balance With Recommendations And Lessons Learned, Based On The Results Of The Project, A General Balance Will Be Made, Indicating The Main Findings And A Set Of Specific Recommendations And Lessons Learned Will Be Identified, Which Contribute To Knowledge Management And The Generation Of Strategic Recommendations That Allow Improving The Methodological Design And The Implementation Of Similar Projects In The Implementing Agencies. 3.2. Among The Required Services Are The Following: 3.2.1. Making A Methodological Proposal Will Only Be Included In The Initial Report And Will Have To Describe A Plan To Collect The Information From The Field With The Different Actors Involved.
