Request For Expression Of Interest For Focal Point For State Of Pohnpei 2 The National Government Of The Federated States Of Micronesia (Fsm) Has Partnered With The World Bank (Wb) To Implement Development Activities Within The Fsm. Under The Department Of Finance And Administration, The Project For Strengthening Public Financial Management (Pfm) Aims To Improve Financial Management Procedures Through The Introduction Of New Software For Expenditure And Revenue Management, Introducing More Efficient Procedures And Provision Of Training For Public Employees. These Efforts Are Accompanied By Various Change Management And Coordination Measures To Improve Cooperation In Pfm Between All States Of Fsm Facilitated Through Focal Points Located In Each Of The Four States.
