Tenders Are Invited For Engineering - Design In Phase Working Project, Implementation Of Smr And Authors Supervision Of Site: Emergency Activities - Concreting Of Water Drainage Channel - Gully Passing Through The Middle Of The Village Of Marikostinovo, Municipality Of Petrich

In The Period 11 – 12. 12. 2021, Torrential Rains Fell On The Territory Of Petrich Municipality. The Natural Disaster Caused Significant Damage. One Of The Objects Affected By The Natural Disaster Is A Gully In The Village Of Marikostinovo, And Its Condition During The Past Period Up To The Present Moment Has Further Complicated Due To Bad Weather Conditions, Which Necessitates Urgent Emergency Measures To Restore The Bed Of The Gully In Order To Prevent The Risk To Those In Nearby Residential Buildings. The Contractor Should Prepare An Investment Project (All Required Parts According To The Current Legal Framework) In Scope And With Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Legal And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Indicated In These Specifications, In The Documentation For The Public Procurement And In The Other Annexes To It. The Contractor Shall Ensure Lawful, Quality And Timely Commencement, Execution And Completion Of The Construction, Including Supply Of Construction Products (When Necessary), Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction In Accordance With The Present Technical Specifications And The Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Legal Documents And The Contract For The Present Order. At The Stage Of Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works, The Designers - Authors Of The Project Documentation In Parts Or Legally Competent Natural Persons Authorized By Them, Should Carry Out Author Supervision According To The Zut, The By-Laws On Its Implementation And The Contractual Conditions.
