The Subject Of The Contract Is Roads In Former State-Owned Farm Estates In The Following Scope: Preparatory And Demolition Works, Foundations, Resistors And Edges, Pavements, Marking, Finishing Works, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Technical Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Due To The Flat-Rate Nature Of The Remuneration, Bills Of Quantities Are Attached For Information Purposes Only And Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation. 2) Under This Order And The Offer Price, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform And Ensure: The Provisions Of The Law On Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions, C) In The Case Of Using Subcontractors, Coordinating The Works Of Subcontractors, Bearing Full Responsibility For Them, D) Ensuring Technical Supervision Over The Task Being Carried Out, Supervision Of Personnel In The Field Of Work Order And Discipline, F) Proper Maintenance Of Construction Documentation G) During The Performance Of The Order, Ensure That All Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Have Been Admitted To Trading And Have Appropriate Declarations Of Compliance With The Applicable Standards. Contractor, Above At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Documents Shall Be Delivered Upon Final Acceptance. The Assembly Of Any Materials And Equipment Without Valid Certificates Is Excluded, H) Requirements For Works - All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Applicable Standards, Technical Conditions And Construction Art, Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. With The Recommendations Of The Employers Supervision Inspector, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Design Documentation And The Guidelines Of This Specification, As Well As With Other Attachments, I) The Contractor Is Obliged To Restore The Proper Condition And Order Of The Construction Site, As Well As (If Used) Roads, Real Estate, Equipment, Structures, Etc., Which The Contractor Violated While Performing The Subject Of The Contract, J) Covering The Costs Related To The Development Of Traffic Organization Designs And The Occupation Of The Road Lane Future Events Or Circumstances That May Adversely Affect Or Delay The Performance Of The Contract. 4) The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer, Is Obliged To Mark And Secure The Place Of Works For The Duration Of Their Implementation, Own Materials Purchased By The Contractor. 7) The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Within 6 Hours Of Disclosing The Failure Or Becoming Aware Of The Failure On The Existing Equipment Caused By Or Related To The Contractors Works Directly Or Indirectly, Including In Particular Failure To Exercise Due Diligence And Caution When Carrying Out Works In The Immediate Vicinity Of Existing Equipment. The Employer Reserves The Right To Substitute Failure Removal At The Contractors Expense In The Event That The Contractor Fails To Undertake Works Related To The Failure Removal Within 3 Hours Of Becoming Aware Of The Failure I.8) The Cost Of Securing The Work Site Must Be Included In The Offer Price.9) To Perform The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials That Guarantee Appropriate Quality, With Technical And Quality Parameters Corresponding To The Properties Of Materials Accepted In The Project And Approved For Use. All Documents For The Performed Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Materials Testing Reports, B) Documents Confirming The Quality Of Materials And Equipment Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, C) Other Documents Collected During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And Relating To Its Implementation, In Particular Drawings With Changes Made During The Task, D) As-Built Design, E) Inventory G As-Built Survey, F) Other Documents Necessary To Report The Completion Of The Works. All The Documents Referred To Above (Let. A-E) Are To Be Ordered, 12) During The Implementation Of The Investment, The Contractor Will Provide The Employer And The Supervision Inspector With Access To Construction Materials That Will Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
