The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 15,000 Kg (Basic Order) Of 100% Tex 30X1 Cotton Weaving Yarn With The Parameters Described In The Documentation Of The Procedure. The Goods Must Be Delivered In The Original Factory Packaging, With The Protections Used By The Manufacturer. The Packaging Must Enable Full Identification Of The Goods, E.G. Quantity, Type, Parameters, Expiration Date, Etc. - Without The Need To Break The Packaging. The Ordering Party Does Not Set Requirements As To The Type Of Packaging (Returnable Or Non-Returnable) In Which The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Delivered, At The Same Time Informs That In The Case Of Returnable Packaging, All Costs Of Their Use Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Attach A Quality Certificate/Attestation Or Other A Document Confirming The Possession Of A Quality Assurance System.
