Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A New, Heavy Firefighting Vehicle For The Osp Unit In Suchowola

1) The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Of A New, Heavy, Firefighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Suchowola Delivery Of 1 Heavy Off-Road Rescue And Firefighting Vehicle With 4X4 Drive, 6-Seater Crew Cabin, Metal And Composite Construction, Water Tank Capacity Not Less Than 5000 L. Engine Power Not Less Than 300 Kw. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New And Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles. The Chassis Must Have A Homologation Certificate Issued By The Competent Minister Or An Ec Certificate Of Conformity. The Vehicle Must Have A Valid Certificate Of Admission To Use In Psp Units Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection, The Full Certificate Should Be Delivered With The Vehicle. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1.1 To Swz, Which Should Be Completed And Submitted Together With The Submitted Offer. 2) The Car Will Be Collected In Two Stages: Also The Agreed Mounting Of Equipment/Equipment Delivered By The Ordering Party To The Contractor In The Car. B) Actual Acceptance Based On The Delivery And Acceptance Report. C) The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party In Writing At Least 5 Days In Advance Of The Date Of The Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Car. D) The Ordering Partys Accession To The Technical And Quality Acceptance Should Take Place No Later Than 3 Days Before The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, Referred To In § 4 Of The Agreement. E) The Parties Allow Notification In The Form Of An E-Mail Or Fax Notification. F) Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Car Will Take Place At The Contractors Headquarters. G) The Actual Acceptance Of The Car Will Take Place At The Employers Headquarters. Equipment In Accordance With The Description. In This Case, A Protocol Will Be Drawn Up About The Found Deviations From The Description Contained In The Technical Specification In 2 Copies, 1 Copy For Each Of The Parties And Signed By Both Parties. The Protocol Will Specify The Deadline For Removing The Identified Deviations And The Date Of Receipt Of The Actual Car Or Equipment. This Paragraph Does Not Affect The Provisions Regarding Contractual Penalties And Withdrawal From The Contract.I) The Technical And Quality Acceptance Will Be Carried Out By 2 Representatives Of The Ordering Party In The Presence Of At Least 1 Representative Of The Contractor. Technical And Quality Inspection Within The Time Limit Specified In The Technical And Quality Acceptance Report. The Delivery And Acceptance Report, Signed By Both Parties, Will Be Drawn Up In 2 Copies, 1 Copy For Each Of The Parties. To Issue A Vat Invoice.M) On The Day Of The Actual Receipt Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With The Documents Necessary For Its Registration And Use: A Vat Invoice, A Valid Certificate Of Approval Of The Product For Use In Fire Protection Units Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection (Nbop) And Other Documentation Necessary For The Registration Of The Vehicle By The Ordering Party, Including The Vehicle Card And The Required Approval Certificates (For The Base Vehicle And The Vehicle After Conversion), Technical Documentation, Vehicle Manual (For The Entire Car, Chassis And Individual Devices Along With The Wiring Diagram), D Warranty Document (Warranty Card), A List Of Addresses Of Vehicle Chassis Service Points Throughout The Country And A Schedule Of Vehicle Inspections. The Car Must Have A Current Technical Inspection. All Documentation Is To Be Prepared In Polishn) The Training In The Field Of Basic Car Maintenance, Within 1 Working Day, Will Take Place On The Date And Place Of The Actual Receipt. The Report On The Training In The Field Of Basic Service Along With The Note About The People Who Took It Will Be Made In 2 Copies, 1 Copy For Each Of The Parties And Signed By Both Parties To The Contract. And Loads Associated With The Car, As Well As The Risk Of Accidental Loss Or Damage To The Car.
