The Aim Of The Project Is To Perform Works Aimed At Improving The Functioning Of The Water And Sewage Management System In The Korycin Commune By Expanding The Communal Sewage Treatment Plant Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure. The Communal Sewage Treatment Plant Is Located On The Plot With The Registration Number 129/2, District Of Mielniki, Gm. Korycin (201103_2.0015.129/2), Which Is Owned By The Korycin Commune. The Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Performed Has Been Described In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Appendix 1A To The Tor. The Work Performed Must Be To Improve The Efficiency Of Mechanical Pre-Treatment Of Raw Sewage, To Improve The Efficiency Of The Biological Sewage Treatment Process, To Repair The Incoming Sewage Collection System, To Manage Sludge And To Install A Photovoltaic System For The Needs Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Scope Of The Planned Works Includes: 1) Replacement Of The Equipment Of The Raw Sewage Pumping Station Along With The Installation Of A Vertical Sieve At The Sewage Inflow, Including The Replacement Of Pumps And Steel Equipment Of The Pumping Station; 2) Construction Of A Grate-Sand Trap Container With Accompanying Installations And Construction Works 3) Extension And Replacement Of Elements Tanks Of Two Biological Reactors (Replenishment Of Losses) 4) Assembly Of The Aeration And Mixing Installation For Wastewater In Two Biological Reactors, 5) Assembly Of Blowers In The External Development On The Cover Plate Of The Biological Reactor Tank; 6) Construction Of A Container Collection Point For Sewage Delivered Along With Accompanying Installations; 7) Construction Of A Buffer Tank For Incoming Sewage, Together With A Sewage Aeration System And Other Accompanying Installations;8) Renovation Of The Excess Sludge Thickener Tank, Including Replacement Of Pumps And Steel Equipment;9) Construction Of A Sludge Press Container Building,10) Construction Of A Sludge Storage Shed11) Construction Of 40Kw Photovoltaic System And The Purchase Of A Power Generator Of Approx. 30Kw12) Construction Of Land Development Elements, I.E. Construction Of Hardenings, Fences. The Task Of The Design Team Employed By The Contractor Is To Analyze The Sufficiency Of The Minimum Scope Of The Contract Described In This Fup. If It Is Found That Modifications And Additions Are Necessary, The Contractor Shall Implement Them At His Own Expense And Responsibility, After Prior Approval Of The Investor. The Sufficiency Of The Final Scope To Be Implemented Will Be Confirmed By The Calculations Included In The Construction Design. The Standards For The Implementation Of Any Modifications And Additions Will Not Be Lower Than Those Described For The Minimum Scope Of The Contract Defined In This Fup. In General Terms, The Contract Includes: 1) Obtaining The Required Formal And Legal Documents, Decisions, Permits, Arrangements Needed To Implement The Investment, 2) Preparation Of The Construction Design And Obtaining A Building Permit And A Water Law Permit3) Preparation Of Technical Designs Along With Cost Estimates 4) Preparation Of Construction Documentation 5) Preparation Of Operational Documentation, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit 6) Execution Of Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Together With All Deliveries, Which Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Of The Above Projects And Requirements.
