Beca Limited Has Undertaken The Design For The Works And Has Been Engaged To Assist The With Procurement Of A Contractor To Undertake The Works. The Building Is The Centre Of Operations For The Mdc Who Do Not Wish To Fully Vacate The Building During The Construction Work. The Successful Contractor Will Be Required To Plan Its Construction Activities In A Staged Manner To Be Agreed Between The Successful Tenderer And The Mdc. To Minimise The Possible Disruption To The Contract Programme, All Material Required For The Works Shall Be Purchased Before Work Commences In The Building. This Requirement Is Detailed In This Request For Tender Document. Tenderers Are Invited To Attend A Pre-Tender Site Visit On Wednesday, 29Th March 2023 At 10Am.
