1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Project Management Service Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Provincial Road No. 163 On The Section Połczyn-Zdrój - Czaplinek - Stage Ii.2. The Construction Works, Over Which The Contractor Will Provide The Project Management Service, Are Co-Financed From The Polish Governance Fund: Strategic Investment Program - Edition 2.3. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Contract For Construction Works; 3) Activities Aimed At Timely Execution Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Sec. 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994. In The Form Of Arrivals At The Site Of Works, As Well As Works Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay At The Construction Site - 18 Supervisions And 50 Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And § 9 Obligations Of The Contractor Managing The Project Of The Contract Template.
