Work Detail
Renovation Of The Centralized Fluids And Ventilation Management Systems (Gcfv) And The Supervision Of The Water Networks (Sre) Of Control-Command Servitudes Of The Cea Cesta. Ii.1.5)Short Description Of The Contract Or Purchase(S): The Scs Project (Centralized Supervision Of Servitudes) Plans To Renovate Over Several Years The Obsolete, Heterogeneous And Decentralized Command And Control Of Servitudes And To Improve Their Operability, Availability And Maintainability, Which Involves: Common Ergonomics Of Systems, Homogeneity Of Hmis, Development Standards, Etc.; The Establishment Of An It Infrastructure Capable Of Supporting And Federating These Systems; Dealing With The Obsolescence Of Eleven Cesta And Lmj Easement Control-Command Systems; The Implementation Of An Mco (Maintenance In Operational Condition)/Mcs (Maintenance In Safety Condition) Strategy Post-Renovation Over The Life Of The Systems With The Implementation Of A Servitudes Integration Platform (Pfis) As Soon As The Renovation Phases. Within The Framework Of This Project, The Contract Subject Of This Consultation Relates To The Renovation Of The Ics (Industrial Control System) Gcfv And Sre Of The Cea Cesta (Including Those Of The Laser Megajoule (Lmj)). The Ics Gcfv Ensures The Air Conditioning Of The Lmj Building As Well As The Management Of Process Fluids. Once Renovated, The Ics Gcfv Will Constitute The Gcfv Subsystem Of The Scs, Composed Of 5 Sub-Businesses: Nuclear Ventilation, Conventional Ventilation, Thermal Production, Production And Management Of Fluids, Compartmentalization And Smoke Extraction. The Ics Sre Manages The Cesta And Lmj Water Networks. The Renovation Of The Ics Sre Will Lead To The Formation Of Two Scs Subsystems With The Sre Cesta Subsystem (Collection And Treatment Of Waste Water, Drawing And Distribution Of Water, Management Of Drainage And Industrial Water) And The Sre Lmj Subsystem (Management Of Drainage And Industrial Water). Pre-Project Studies Have Made It Possible To Consolidate The Systems Repository (Architecture, Functional Analysis, List Of Points) And Obsolescence Studies. Regarding The Implementation Methods, A Very Strong Requirement Related To Cyber Security Throughout The Project Must Be Taken Into Account. Maintenance Of The Continuity Of Service Of The Installations And Easements Must Be Ensured Throughout The Duration Of The Contract (Including During The Preparation And Commissioning Operations Carried Out On Site). This Imposes Interventions On Established Niches, Compatible With The Activities Of The Site, To Ensure The Cohabitation Of Non-Renovated And Renovated Control Commands And To Proceed In Stages Within The Actual Renovation Of A Control Command. The Benefits Cover: Renovation Of Supervision Applications (Ccn2). The Equipment, Network And System Infrastructure Are Provided By The Cea. (Ccn2: Hardware And Software, Interfaced With Ccn1 And Users, Allowing The Status Of Services To Be Viewed, Actuators To Be Controlled And Data To Be Logged) Hardware And Software Renovation Of Automation (Ccn1): Equipment Deployed To Acquire, Order, Process And Transport Information From Service Businesses. These Are Mainly Plcs (Hardware And Applications), Local Hmis, Input/Output Modules For Field Network Equipment, Interfaced With Process Sensor-Actuators (Ccn0) And Supervision (Ccn2 ), The Design And Production Of Interface Simulators Intended For The Validation Of Pfis Subsystems.
