The Subject Of The Service Covers A Service To Reduce The Population Of Stray Dogs And Cats In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Sliven, Including All Activities Of Trapping, Deworming /External And Internal/, Vaccination Against Rabies And Microchipping Of Stray Dogs, Marking, Return To Place, Euthanasia Of Aggressive And Sick Dogs And Cats And Collecting Carcasses Of Dead Dogs And Cats. Required Activities: 1. Catching Dogs 2. Deworming /External And Internal/ Of Dogs 3. Rabies Vaccination Of Dogs 4. Castration Of A Female Dog 5. Castration Of A Male Dog 6. Marking With A Chip And Ear Tag Of Dogs 7. Repatriation Of Stray Dogs 8. Euthanasia Of Aggressive And Terminally Ill Dogs 9. Collection Of Corpses Of Dead Dogs 10. Picking Up Corpses Of Dead Cats 11. Issuance Of A Veterinary Medical Passport For Dogs 12. Catching Cats 13. Castration Of A Male Cat 14. Castration Of A Female Cat 15. Deworming /External And Internal/ Of Cats 16. Ear Marking Of Stray Cats 17. Repatriation Of Stray Cats 18. Euthanasia Of Terminally Ill Cats All Activities To Control The Population Of Stray Dogs And Cats Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Legislation On The Principle Of Mass Castration In Populated Areas And In Connection With Submitted Applications And Reports From Citizens, And The Animals Are Provided With A Recovery Stay Of At Least Of 24 Hours, After Which They Are Returned To The Place Of Capture.
