The Scope Of The Contract Includes: A) Providing Telephone Consultations By The Contractor 24 Hours A Day; B) Unlimited Visits Of Service Technicians At The Ordering Partys Headquarters On Working Days; C) Administering The Oracle Database And The Jboss Application Environment; D) Adapting The Configuration Of The Application Software To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Including Assistance In Defining Templates, Reports, Dictionaries, Etc.; E) Providing, If Necessary, Instructions On The Preparation Of Various Reports, Reports, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party F) Assistance In Launching Previously Unused Functionalities Of The Application Software Under The Licenses Held; G) Assistance In Implementing New Modules And New Functionalities Within The Modules Held; H) Piloting Individual Problems And Leading To Their Solution.
