The Site Is Located At Island Key Apartments, East Wall, Dublin 3. The Site Consists Of 6 Blocks, Only Two Of Which Will Be Considered In This Scope, Namely, Block 4 And Block 5. Block 4 Is Divided Into The End Block, Middle Block And Tower Block. Block 5 Consists Of Duplex Units Within 6 Smaller, Almost Identical, Blocks. All Units Are Fully Occupied Serving Mainly As Residential Units, With A Few Of The Units Consisting Of Businesses. The Project Will Consist Of The Treatment Of All External Timber Cladding To Block 4 And Block 5, Treatment Of Windows/Doors In The Tower Block And All Of The Duplex Units, Localised Repair To Damaged Cladding Boards At Block 4 And Block5.
