The Council Is Seeking To Procure A Facilities Management (Fm) Service Provider To Deliver Its Full Range Of Fm Services From 1St April 2025 3.3 It Is Anticipated The Facilities Management Contract Will Broadly Cover The Following Core Services. Hard Fm Soft Fm Management Of Traveller Sites Security And Commissionaire Services Property Service Centre Various Managed Services The Above Services Are Provided At Specific Services Designated On The Affected Property List To More Than 650 Sites.As Part Of Pre Market Engagement, The Council Is Seeking Views From The Supply Market Via A Questionnaire. This Is Primarily In Relation To The Potential Commercial Arrangements Of The New Agreement. Interested Parties Have Until 5:00Pm To Upload A Response To This Document, In Order For Their Views To Be Considered As Part Of The Ongoing Commissioning Activity.
