The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Construction Of An Equalization Tank With Technical Infrastructure In Falsztyn, Which Will Be Designed To Cooperate With The Existing Water Supply Network. The Implementation Of The Investment Will Improve The Quality Of Life Of Residents By Preventing Water Deficit And Ensuring Stable Water Supplies Of A Quality Corresponding To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2017 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption. Cooperating With The Existing Water Supply System, It Will Be Supplied From The Existing Szubieniczna Góra Water Supply Station Located In Frydman.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: E) Construction Of A Two-Chamber Reinforced Concrete Equalization Tank With An Active Capacity Of 2X100m3 With A Technological Room, I.E. A Total Of 200M3, The Tank Should Be Covered With Earth, The Earth Embankment Around The Structural Walls Of The Tank Should Be Sown With Grass, The Tank Area Should Be Fenced And Information Boards Should Be Placed. The Employer Allows The Construction Of The Said Equalization Tank From Pehd Pipe And Plates Joined Together By Welding And Welding, In The Form Of Two Tanks With A Total Capacity Of 200M3. The Tanks Should Be Equipped With Tight Manholes And Connectors, Have The Following Documents: Ibdim Technical Approval, National Declaration Of Performance, Hygienic Certificate Of The Polish National Institute Of Hygiene For Drinking Water Tanks, Technical Description, Construction Description. Tanks Should Be Made/Installed Together With The Necessary Technological Devices Depending From The Existing Geological And Terrain Conditions. It Is Also Necessary To Propose Solutions That Will Ensure The Appropriate Pressure Of The Water Supplied To The Property, Located Closest To The Designed Reservoir. F) Construction Of Inflow And Outflow Pipelines.G) Construction Of Drainage System From The Tank.H) Construction Of An Infiltration/Selectable Well.I) Construction Of A Technological Room.J) Construction Of Power Supply.K) Land Development.L) Construction Of Other Necessary Infrastructure To Ensure Proper Operation Of The Facility.4. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: A) Under This Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, On His Own And At His Own Expense: - To Obtain All Arrangements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract; During The Execution Of The Works, Enable And Secure The Passage Around The Facility; - Dismantle Temporary Structures, Tidy Up The Construction Site And Used Areas And Restore Them To Their Original Condition.
