You Can Apply For The System As A Provider Throughout The Systems Validity Period. Applying To The System Does Not Mean Direct Participation In Tendered Procurements, But After Acceptance, The Tenderer Must Separately Submit An Offer To Open Tenders. Procurement-Specific Requirements, Descriptions And Other Documents Can Be Seen At The Time Of The Opening Of The Bidding Process For Operators Accepted Into The Dynamic System. The Spatial Elements To Be Acquired And Their Detailed Requirements Are Defined Separately In Each Internal Tender.
