Realization Competition New Building And Reorganization Of The Luisenschule In Bielefeld. The City Of Bielefeld Intends To Build And Reorganize The Four-Stream Realschule Luisenschule. The Luisenschule Is Already Spread Over Two Locations: Location 1 Paulusstrasse And Location 2 Josefstrasse. In The Future, The Student Body Of The Luisenschule Is To Be Divided Asymmetrically. The 9Th And 10Th Grades Are To Be Taught At The Paulusstrasse Location, And The 58Th Grade At The Josefstrasse School Site. The Josefstraße Location Is To Receive A Central New Building, In Which The Spatial Program For The 58Th Graders Of The Luisenschule As Well As Ogs Sub-Areas Of The Neighboring Josef Primary School And Areas For Quarter Use Are To Be Accommodated. The Existing Buildings 10, 30+40, 50+51 Are To Be Replanned And Successively Demolished, Building 95 Will Be Retained And Requires Reorganization Planning. The Outdoor Facilities At Location 2 Are To Be Replanned. The Paulusstraße Location Is To Be Retained In Its Existing Structure, The Spatial Layout Of The Building Is To Be Rearranged To Adapt To The Changed Requirements. The Outdoor Facilities Of Location 1 Are Expressly Not Part Of The Competition Task. The Sponsor Intends The Bnb Certification Silver For The New School Building At School Location 2 (Josefstrasse). The Aim Of The Competition Is To Find A Suitable Contractor As General Planner (Architect / Interior Designer And Landscape Architect) For The Further Planning Services Using Alternative And Optimized Concepts That Meet The Different Requirements In The Same Way.
