Luonnonvarakeskus (Luke) Tenders An External Service Provider To Carry Out Bycatch Data Collection On Herring Trawl Vessels. The Bycatch Data Collection Must Be Carried Out By The End Of October 2023. The Goal Is To Make 10 Data Collection Trips During 2023. The Length Of Fishing Trips During Which Bycatch Data Is Collected Varies From One To Five Days (Days). Fishing Trips Last About 2 Days On Average. The Bycatch Data Collection Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That The Duration Of The Trips Is A Maximum Of 25 Days/Year. The Final Number And Duration Of The Trips That Take Place Depend On E.G. On The Activity Of Trawling. The Procurement Includes An Option For A Corresponding Number Of Bycatch Data Collection Trips To Be Carried Out During 2024. The Value Of The Option Is Included In The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement. One Supplier Will Be Selected As The Provider Of The Service.
