Bergen Municipality Is To Enter Into A New Framework Agreement For The Rental Of Coffee Machines And Water Coolers. The Agreement Includes Service And Maintenance. The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer Various Types Of Machines/Automatic Machines, Both Floor And Tabletop Models. The Fully Automatic Machines Must Have Different Product Choices And Must Also Be Able To Make Milk-Based Drinks (Based On Dry Milk), Cocoa And Tea Water. In Addition, The Procurement Must Include Deliveries Of Water Coolers And Consumables Such As Coffee, Chocolate Drinks And Milk Toppings. There Is No Demand For Solutions With Disposable Capsules Or Instant Soup Products. Bergen Municipality Is Also Interested In Used Drinking Machines. This Is Not An Absolute Requirement, But Will Be Weighted Under The Award Criterion Environment/Circularity. During The Period Of Todays Framework Agreement, The Client Has Entered Into Rental And Service Agreements For Drinks Machines At Various Times. These Will Last For 4 Years Regardless Of The Agreement Period For The Framework Agreement.
