A Pre-Bid Site Visit Will Be Held As Per The Date And Venue Mentioned In Section I: Instruction To Bidders (Paragraph 4) Of The Bidding Document. 3. Bids Must Be Submitted Online On The E-Procurement System At Latest As Mentioned In The Key Activity Schedule. 4.
