The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Electrical And Design Works Consisting, Among Others, In Development Of The Detailed Design For The Task And Replacement Of The Apu Type Circuit Breakers With New Ones Along With The Necessary Adaptation Of The Outgoing Bays - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction And Energy Law And Legal Regulations Relevant To The Task. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Appendix 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Informs That Pursuant To Art. 131 Sec. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, Submitting An Offer Must Be Preceded By An On-Site Inspection. 4. The Ordering Party Is Entitled In Particular To: A) Request Documents In The Scope Of Confirmation Of Meeting The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Their Assessment, E.G. Certified Copies Of Anonymized Employment Contracts (Deprived Of Employees Personal Data, Except For Name And Surname, Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract, Working Time), Statements Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On Employment Under A Contract For Work Of Persons Performing Activities Containing Elements Of An Employment Relationship Or Certificates Of The Relevant Zus Branch Confirming The Payment Of Social And Health Insurance Contributions For Employment Under Employment Contracts, C) Carrying Out Inspections At The Place Of Performance Of The Service. 7 Activities, The Contracting Authority Provides For A Sanction In The Form Of The Contractors Obligation To Pay A Contractual Penalty In The Amount Specified In The Relevant Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.
