The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Social Services Center In Góra Puławska With Internal And External Sanitary And Electrical Installations, A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 13.5 Kwp, A Video Monitoring Installation And An Alarm Installation, Lighting, Water Supply Connection, Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage System, Paved Surfaces And Places Parking Lots. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, E.G. Includes: The Designed Facility Will Be Used As A Building For Sports Facilities And Social Integration. The Building Was Designed As A Two-Story Building. On The Ground Floor, There Are Sports Locker Rooms With Sanitary Facilities, As Well As Public Spaces, Auxiliary And Utility Rooms For The Sports Club. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility In The Scope Covered By The Proposed Offer Price Also Includes, Among Others: Construction Site, B) Marking And Securing The Works Performed And Ensuring Safety At The Construction Site, C) Providing Surveying Services By Authorized Geodetic Tools, Including Marking Out In The Field And Geodetic Documentation, D) Marking The Facility With Fire Safety Signs. And Equipping It With Hand-Held Fire-Fighting Equipment In Accordance With The Relevant Standards, E) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptances, And Possibly Supplementing The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Procedure, F) The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Garbage And Material Waste On His Own To The Landfill . The Costs Related To The Fees For The Landfill Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All The Obligations Of The Waste Producer And Holder Within The Meaning Of The Waste Act And Is Obliged To Manage The Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Order, In Accordance With The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699 As Amended) And Covering The Costs Of Waste Disposal, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
