Work Detail
1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In The Area Of Ul. Szczytowa, Ul. Beskidzka And Ul. Pod Brzeziną In Szczyrk.” The Task Will Consist In The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Side Drains For Properties Located In The Area Of Ul. Szczytowa, Ul. Beskidzka, Ul. Pod Brzeziną And Ul. Bratków In Szczyrk. The Investment Area Is Located In The Lower Zone Of The South-Eastern Slope Of The Magura River, Falling Towards The Żylica River, And Also, To A Small Extent, On The Other Bank Of The River. The Total Area Covered By The Study Is Approx. 10.5 Ha.W/W. The Investment Project Is Aimed At Enabling Connection To The Newly Built Sanitary Sewage Collector Of Properties Located In The Above-Described Area. In The Case Of 71 Properties With Residential Buildings And About 30 Building Plots, It Will Enable Orderly Sewage Management, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Requirements And Standards. In The Area Of Ul. Szczytowa, Two Main Collecting Routes Are Planned, With Branches In Ul. Pod Brzeziną And Other Access Roads, And Additionally A Third Channel In Ul. Pansies. 1.2. Technical Characteristics1) Collective Sewage Systempipelinesthe Total Length Of The Collective Sewage System To Be Built Is 2,115.0 M. It Consists Of Pipe Sections: • Dz 400 Mm - Length. Approx. 38.5 M, • Dz 315 Mm - Length Approx. 144.5 M, • Dz 250 Mm - Length Approx. 94.0 M, • Dz 200 Mm - Length Approx. 1747.0 M• Dz 160 Mm - Length Approx. 94.0 M. All Sewage Lines Are Made Of Solid Pvc Class Sn8 Socket Pipes. 2) Inspection Manholes A Total Of 122 Manholes Will Be Installed To Service The New Sewage Network, Of Which 36 Manholes Should Be Made Of Concrete And Reinforced Concrete Prefabricated Elements, And The Rest Of Plastic. Concrete Manholes Should Be Made Of Concrete And Reinforced Concrete Elements, Based On C40/50 Concrete With Xa3 Exposure Class. The Lower Parts Should Be Made On The Basis Of Bottoms With Connection Stubs, Equipped With Tight Passages For Pvc Pipes. Cover Manholes Ø1500 Mm And Ø1200 Mm With Reinforced Concrete Cover Plates Placed Directly On The Manhole Bodies. It Is Mandatory To Use Rubber Or Elastomer Gaskets In The Element Connection Zone. In Addition To The Concrete Chambers Described Above, The New Sewage System Should Also Be Equipped With System Chambers Ø1000 Mm, Ø600 Mm And Ø425 Mm Made Of Plastic Elements. Terrain With A Slope Exceeding 15% Require The Use Of Solutions That Reduce The Speed Of Sewage Flow In The Channels. Therefore, Some Inclusions Of Sections With A Large Slope Should Be Made As Cascades. In The Case Of A Difference In Level Between The Bottom And The Inclusion Of Less Than 0.7 M, An Internal Break Can Be Used By Turning On The Inlet Channel At The Appropriate Height. In Situations Of Greater Differences, Cascades Should Be Made With External Risers.4) Relief Channels Exist. Channel Ø300 Mm In Ul. The Southern One Is Periodically Overloaded With Excessive Amounts Of Sewage, Which Causes Various Types Of Perturbations. Construction Of A Parallel Section In The Lower Part Of Ul. Szczytowa Makes It Possible To Support The Functioning Of The Existing Route. For This Reason, It Is Planned To Connect These Two Channels In Places With The Greatest Risk Of Overflow. These Are: Si Well Where The Canal From Ul. South, Si2 Manhole At The Beskidzka 163 Property, Where There Is A Side Inlet Of The Existing Ø250 Mm Canal. Pvc Channels Dz 200 Mm, Receiving Excessive Flows, Should Be Connected To The Above-Mentioned Concrete Chambers With The Use Of Tight Transitions, Seasoned In The Walls Of The Chambers. Therefore, Channels Should Be Laid Under Their Beds, In Accordance With The Water Law Permit Issued By Pgw Wody Polskie, The Description Below And Detailed Drawings From The Graphic Part Of The Project. It Will Be Implemented According To Separate Documentation, As Part Of The Second Stage Of The Investment. [Out Of Scope] Passage No. 2 Will Lead A Sewer With A Diameter Of 250 Mm Under The Bottom Of Unnamed Streams. They Should Be Made At A Distance Of Approx. 2.5 M Above The Place Of Their Mutual Connection, Within The Scope Of Plots No. 946 And 941/1. The Length Of The Crossing, Calculated Between The Upper, Extreme Edges Of The Channel Reinforcements, Will Be Approx. 3.5 M. Szczytowa In The Area Of The Beskidzka 165 Property. The Passage Of The Sewage Pipe Under The Culvert Will Be Located In The Area Of Plots No. 1691 And 687. The Length Of The Crossing, Calculated In Relation To The Width Of The Culvert, Is Approx. 1.6 M. Under The Bottom Of The Culvert Of An Unnamed Stream Crossing A Dirt Access Road - A Branch Of Ul. Peak. The Construction Of The Sewage Conduit Under The Culvert Will Be Located In The Area Of Plot No. 941/3, Which Is The Stream Bed. The Length Of The Crossing, Calculated In Relation To The Diameter Of The Culvert, Will Be Approx. 2.6 M. Beskidzka. Crossing The Street Should Be Made Perpendicular To The Road, Using The Trenchless Push-Button Method, With A Steel Pipe Ø508/8.0 Mm, 17.5 M Long. Sewage Lines On The Other Side Of The Street Should Be Led Along The Line Of Fences And Pavement. The Section To The North Should Be Placed In A Green Belt, Approx. 1.5 - 2.2 M From The Fences, Which Gives A Distance Of Approx. 5.0 - 7.0 M From The Edge Of The Road. The Canal Towards The South Should Initially Be Built In The Green Belt, And Then Under The Pavement. The Distances From The Fences Are Approx. 2.2 - 4.5 M, And Respectively - 2.4 - 7.0 M From The Edge Of The Road. Due To The Considerable Depth, The Sewage System Should Be Equipped With Inspection Chambers Made Of Concrete Rings. 7) Sewage Extenderspipelines In Order To Facilitate The Connection Of Individual Properties To The New Sewage System, The So-Called Extensions, I.E. Sections From The Boundaries Of Individual Properties To Inclusions In Collecting Sewers. The Total Length Of The Extenders Is 372.2 M. Sections S9-Zs9.1 And S31.7 - S31.7.1 With A Length Of 31.5 M, As Potential For Development, Should Be Made With A Diameter Of Dz 200 Mm. For The Construction Of All The Others, With A Total Length Of 340.7 M, Pipes With A Diameter Of Dz 160 Mm Should Be Used. 8) Connection Of The Property To The Sewage Systempipelinesoutside The Scope Of The Implementation. Should Not Be Included In The Calculation. 9) Restoration Of Paved And Bituminous Road Surfaces. 10) Traffic Organization Designs For The Duration Of Sewage Works.
