The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Extension Of The Sanitary Sewage System Of The Gravitational And Pressure Network Together With The Sewage Pumping Station On Plots No. 1522, 168/2, 167/2, 166/2, 165/2, 164/13, 164 /14 In Wieliczka, Rev. 2, Commune Wieliczka. The Designed Sanitary Sewage Network In Ul. Zbożowa Will Run In The Right-Of-Way In The Street-At Ul. Zbożowa With The Category Of A Municipal Street (Access Road). Inclusion In Ul. Zbożowa In Accordance With The Technical Conditions. The Pumping Station Will Be Located On Plot No. 164/13. The Scope Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network From The S0 Junction To The S11 Sewage Pumping Station And From The S38 And S25 Pumping Stations. There Is A Need To Use A Sewage Pumping Station On The Investment Site Due To The Varying Level Of The Terrain And The Depth Of The Existing Network. A Sanitary Sewage Network Is Designed With A Diameter Of Fi200, Fi160, A Discharge Section Of Fi90. The Sanitary Sewage Network In The Field Should Be Made Of Plastic Pipes, Min. . The Intersections Are At A Standard Distance From Each Other. The Newly Designed S0 Well Along With A Section Of The Designed Network And Sewage Pumping Station Will Be Located In The Right-Of-Way Of Zbożowa Street On A Plot Owned By The Commune - Plot No. 164/13, Rev. 2 Wieliczka. The Pumping Station Will Be Located On Plot 164/13 (In A Generally Accessible Place). Pumping Stations Should Be Electrically Powered. The Manhole Of The Pumping Station Should Be Made As Flood Protection, Exhaust Ventilation With An Anti-Odour Filter. Pumping Station Capacity Qww=12.4 L/S Pump Lifting Height 10.0Mh2o. Installation Of Pipelines Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Pn-En 1610:2002 Construction And Testing Of Sewage Pipes. Materials Used For The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network Should Have The Required Attestations, Certificates And Certificates Of Admission On The Polish Market. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Following Studies Included In The Design Documentation And Attached To The Specification: - Technical Documentation - Annex No. 9; - Decision Of The Staroste Of Wieliczka To Transfer The Rights And Obligations Of The Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System To The Municipality Of Wieliczka - Annex No. 10; - Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Appendix No. 11; - Bill Of Quantities - In Appendix No. 12, However, Due To The Flat-Rate Nature Of Remuneration, The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, And The Lack Of Any Item In The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform It, If From The Technical Documentation;4. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Sec. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Offering Materials Or Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Shall Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions, Respectively, Along With Its Description Or Standards.6. Additional Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract.6.1) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform External Works And Tidy Up The Construction Site And Adjacent Areas, If During The Works It Violated These Areas. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Photographic Documentation Before Starting The Task. The Contractor Bears All Costs For Damages Caused To Third Parties During The Execution Of The Task. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Payment Of Compensation To Property Owners For Damage Caused By The Contractor During Construction. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Arrangements With Property Owners And Road Administrators Regarding Entry With Works, Minimizing Damage And Incurring Related Costs. 6.2) The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From Its Own Materials And Equipment. The Materials And Devices Used Should Comply With Declarations Of Compliance With Polish Standards, Certificates And Technical Approvals. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Documents Confirming The Permission For Their Use/Incorporation (E.G. Attestations, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity) For The Materials Used. Transport Of Materials To The Construction Site As Well As Delivery And Operation Of Machinery And Equipment Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Art, Applicable Regulations And Standards, And In Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. And Maximum Reduction Of The Nuisance Of Carrying Out The Works. The Contractor Also Guarantees The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Under The Supervision Of Persons With The Required Professional Preparation To Perform Independent Functions In The Construction Industry. Before Commencing The Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Contractor Shall Present To The Ordering Party Reports On The Tests And Tests That Were Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Certificates Or Attestations For The Materials Used, Documentation Regarding The Completed Construction Works (As-Built Inventory). Prior To Signing The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Employer. The Employer Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit, However, The Employer Does Not Expect To Reject The Bid Of The Contractor Who Did Not Have A Site Visit As Part Of The Procedure In Question.
