The Contract Provides For The Following: Task 1: Profiling Of Dirt Roads; Task 2: Reinforcement Of A Hard Surface With A Non-Improved Layer Of Crushed (Stone) Aggregate With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm; Task 3: A New Hard Surface With A Non-Improved Concrete Rubble With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm 63 Mm (Recycled Aggregate).3. The Surface Of The Roads Includes: Task 1: 331,625 M2 - Profiling Of Dirt Roads, Task 2: 4,450 M2 - Strengthening Of Improved Hard Surfaces With Broken Aggregate, Task 3: 1,860 M2 - Strengthening Of Soil Surfaces With Concrete Rubble.4. The Planned Investment Is Mainly Aimed At Repairing The Existing Dirt Municipal Roads By Profiling Them And Strengthening Them With A Layer Of Aggregate Or Sorted Concrete Rubble. The Solutions Proposed In This Study Do Not Change The Geometry Of The Roads, Do Not Provide For Demolition And Occupation Of An Additional Road Lane.5. Individual Tasks Include: Task 1 Profiling Of Dirt Roads With The Use Of A Self-Propelled Road Grader With Simultaneous Elimination Of Losses, Depressions And Ruts And Immediate Rolling Of The Surface With A Self-Propelled Vibrating Roller (Min. 12 Tons) To A State That Guarantees Its Stability For The Warranty Period Along With Cutting, Tidying And Leveling The Roadsides Mechanically And Manually.Task 2The Task Includes The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Compaction Of Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 0/31.5 Mm, Thickness Of 10 Cm After Compaction. As Part Of The Above, The Following Works Are To Be Performed: - Preparation Of The Existing Subgrade - Compaction (With A Roller Vibration) And Profiling A Hard, Unimproved Surface Made Of Concrete Rubble To The Adopted Cross-Section (Roof Section With A Slope Of 3%), With Transferring The Material Transversely To The Shoulder Adjacent To Both Sides Of The Roadway, - Supplementing Possible Losses (Larger Holes) With Aggregate, - Embedding Layers Crushed Aggregate On A Width Of 4.0 M And A Thickness Of 10 Cm, - Compaction Of The Above Layer With A Vibrating Steel Roller, - Reprofiling Of The Existing Soil Shoulders (Supplementing The 60 Cm Wide Soil Strip With The Material Obtained During The Profiling Of The Base For Slopes).
