Stage I Thermal Modernization Will Consist In The Replacement Of Pvc And Aluminum Exterior Windows And Doors, Along With The Replacement Of Radiators With New Ones, With The Necessary Construction Works Accompanying This Thermal Modernization. Window And Door Joinery Will Be Installed With Coefficients Corresponding To The Requirements Of The Technical Conditions, In Force From 2021. Construction Works Include: - Disassembly Of The Existing Window And Door Joinery; - Assembly Of New Pvc And Aluminum Window And Door Joinery; - Replacement Of Internal Window Sills As Well As Cleaning And Renewal Of Window Sills Exterior Made Of Clinker Brick;- Treatment Of Internal And External Jambs In Terms Of Wallpaper Removal, Spackling And Painting As Well As Painting Of The Front Façade Of The Main Building;- Supplementing After Disassembly Of Concrete Paving Joinery And Floor Tiles;- Installation Of New Automatic Door Opening Machines - Installation Of External Roller Shutters, Mosquito Nets, Door Closers, Handrails, Locks, Opening Mechanisms And Other Elements, Indicated In The Detailed List Of Joinery - Graphic Part; - Disconnection Of Dismantled Windows And Connection Of New Ones From/To The Smoke Exhaust System; - Replacement Of Existing Replacement Of Used Radiators With New Ones. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility, Therefore The Contractor Should Plan The Works In Such A Way That It Does Not Cause Disturbances In The Functioning Of The Unit And Disorganization Of Work.
