The Subject Of The Procedure And The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Successive Delivery Of Professional Cleaning Products For Organizational Units Of The Jagiellonian University (Excluding The Jagiellonian University Medical College).2. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Quantities Of Ordered Articles Contained In This Tor And Its Attachment Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Adjust The Quantity Of Ordered Articles To The Current Needs (I.E. Increasing Or Decreasing The Quantities Given In The Individual Items Of The Assortment And Quantity List) Within The Financial Resources Allocated For The Execution Of The Contract In Question. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Completing Additional Orders Or Other Assortment During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Declares That At Least 75% Of The Contract Value Will Be Used Under The Contract.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Along With A Description Of The Minimum Parameters And Technical And Functional Requirements, Is Contained In Annex A To The Tor.
