Building Technology Expert, Consultant And Supervision Tasks Focus On Building Technology Construction Tasks Of Jyväskylä Tilapalvelus Maintenance Work, Small Investment Projects And Project Plans, Site Supervision, Making Condition Assessments, Energy Management, Investigating The Functionality Of Equipment And Organizing Maintenance Activities And Maintenance Work With Tenders. The Position Does Not Include Planning Or Contracting Work. Tasks Are Agreed On A Site-By-Site Basis And The Work Is Billed By The Hour. The Destinations Are Located In The Jyväskylä City Area, And Travel Costs And Time Spent There Are Included In The Hourly Billing Rates. During The Contract Period (May 1, 2023 – April 30, 2027), The Estimated Value Of The Entire Framework Contract Is €1,000,000 Vat 0%. Three Framework Contract Partners Are Selected. Each Framework Contract Partner Must Have: - Hvac Expert (+ Deputy) - Electrical Expert (+ Deputy) - Building Automation Expert (+ Deputy)
