Roosevelta Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure On The Section From The Roundabout Of The Cursed Soldiers 1944-1956 To Ul. Towarowa And On The Section From Ul. Graniczna To Ul. Wronia In Piotrków Trybunalski. The Task Includes, Among Others: Road Expansion With Reconstruction And Extension Of Intersections, Reconstruction And Construction Of Driveways To Properties, Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths And Dirt Shoulders, Construction And Reconstruction Of Bays And Bus Platforms, Construction And Reconstruction Of Sewage Systems Drainage System And A Roadside Ditch, Construction Of Lighting, Construction Of A Service Channel, Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network With Connections, Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections, Liquidation Of Collisions With Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure, Landscaping, Installation Of Road Safety Devices. Requirements: The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Continuous Traffic. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Full Surveying Services, Including The As-Built Inventory. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Necessary Tests And Tests Resulting From The Provisions And Construction Law. Supply Route Of The Investment Before The Commencement Of Works. Photographic Or Video Documentation Is Required. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Book Of Measurements. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Any Damage Caused By His Actions, In Particular Damage To The Above-Ground Installations And Underground Devices Indicated In The Documents Provided To Him By The Ordering Party. 7 Days Before Notifying The Completion Of The Investment, It Will Provide At Least 1 Copy Of The As-Built Documentation For Each Industry And An As-Built Geodetic Map For Checking And Approval By Supervision Inspectors. The Commencement Of Works Should Be Reported To The Appropriate Units - Network Administrators, In Order To Inform About The Above-Mentioned Works And Their Duration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Residents And Real Estate Users Of The Streets Covered By Construction Works About The Commencement And Planned Completion Of The Works. Equivalent Solutions: Pursuant To Art. 101 Sec. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Design Documentation Or Stwior Contains A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Sec. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Employer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System.3. The Employer Requires That The Total Share Of Electric Vehicles Or Vehicles Powered By Natural Gas In The Fleet Of Motor Vehicles Within The Meaning Of Art. 2 Point 33 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law Used In The Performance Of This Task Was At Least 10%, In Accordance With Art. 68 Sec. 3 In Connection Article 35 Sec. 2 Point 2 Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.4.
