Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Contract: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Kitchen, Common Room And Classroom Into A Kitchen And Dining Room. The Rooms Subject To Reconstruction And Change Of Use Are Located On The Ground Floor Of The School Building. In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Reconstructed Kitchen There Is A Corridor, Sanitary Facilities, A Classroom And A Common Room, Which Will Be Adapted For The Needs Of The Refurbishment Of The Canteen. The Scope Of Works Includes, In Accordance With The Design Documentation: • Tearing Off The Existing Floors Of The Kitchen And Adjacent Rooms • Dismantling The Partition Walls • Disassembly Of Two Pvc Windows • Cutting Out A Door Opening For The Entrance To The Kitchen In The Outer Gable Wall Of The Building • Making Openings In The Outer Walls For Gravitational Ventilation • Making New Ones Partition Walls And Brickwork, Including Fitting New Door Frames In Them• Execution Of New Cement-Lime Plaster On New Partition Walls, Brickwork And Repair Of Plaster After Demolition Works• Installation Of New Pvc Windows Along With Replacement Of Window Sills And External Doors• Execution Of New Wall And Floor Linings • Painting And Installing Ventilation Grilles • Installation Of A Polycarbonate Roof Over The Entrance To The Washing Room • Installation Of Interior Doors And Service Windows • Delivery And Installation Of Kitchen Appliances And Equipment • Execution Of The Following Installation Works: • Disassembly Of Existing Of Sanitary Fittings• Disassembly Of The Sewage Installation Level • Disassembly Of The Old Electrical Installation And Accessories• Disassembly Of The Central Heating Installation• Installation Of New Sewage Installation Lines• Installation Of A New Water Supply Installation In The Kitchen• Assembly Of White Accessories And Devices• Installation Of A New Electrical Installation With Accessories• Assembly Of The Installation Mechanical Ventilation Along With The Necessary Construction Works Consisting In: Making Penetrations Through Partitions (Ceilings And Walls) And Making Casings For Ventilation Ducts Made Of Cardboard-Gypsum Boards On Metal Frames. White Fittings, Tiles, Stoneware In The First Grade. Which Is Undergoing Administrative Proceedings.
