The Subject Of The Contract Is A Construction Work Involving The Reconstruction Of The Existing Primary School Building With A Change Of Use To A Communal Nursery In Nagoszewka Piękna. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: − Reconstruction Of Rooms Inside The Building. Part Of The Partition Walls Will Be Dismantled, And Some Will Be Built In A New Place, Creating A Functional Space For The Nursery And Kitchen Facilities; − Construction Works Will Consist In Cutting Out Passages, Door And Window Openings (Service Window) In The Existing Structural And Partition Walls; − External Walls, Foundations And The Ceiling Will Be Insulated, The External Stairs To The Building Will Be Reconstructed, And Roofs Made Of Polycarbonate Will Be Installed Above Them; - Photovoltaic Panels With A Total Capacity Of 20.71 Kwp (Pv No. 1) And 15.805 Kwp (Pv No. 2) Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building.
