Iv. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Duszniki, Together With The Construction Of A Sludge Management System. The Investment Includes: Repair And Protection Of The Structure Of Bioblock Tanks; Replacement Of The Aeration System; Replacement Of Agitators; Replacement Of The Treated Sewage Flow Meter; Reconstruction Of The Excess Sludge Dewatering Station With The Use Of A Screw-Plate Press And Sludge Granulation Equipment; Reconstruction Of The Blower Station With The Use Of High-Efficiency Screw Blowers In Soundproof Housings; Replacement And Expansion Of I&C Equipment (Control And Measurement Equipment And Automation); Construction Of A New Sewage Treatment Plant Control System; Expansion Of The Existing Technical And Social Building With A Control Room And A Sanitary Facility. The Extension And Modernization Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant In Duszniki Should Be Designed And Implemented For The Quantitative Parameter Qśrd = 475M3/Day. Note! The Rebuilt Excess Sludge Dewatering Station With The Use Of A Screw-Plate Press And Sludge Granulation Equipment Is To Guarantee The Processing Of Sewage Sludge Into A Plant Growth Aid And/Or Organic-Mineral Fertilizer Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 10 July 2007 On Fertilizers And Fertilization ( I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 76, As Amended).2. The Area Covered By The Scope Of The Investment Task Is Located On Plot No. 583/4, Located In The Town Of Duszniki (District Of Duszniki). Note! Design Documentation In Relation To The Arrangements Made (E.G. Network Connections). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula. Therefore, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor: 1) In The First Stage: - Will Develop An Architectural And Construction Design For All Industries Based On The Guidelines Contained In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu) And Will Obtain A Valid Decision On The Building Permit; Obtains Technical Conditions, All Legally Required Approvals, Opinions, Deviations And Administrative Decisions Regarding The Performed Modernization Works (Including: Decision On Environmental Conditions - If Required, Water Permit - If Required); Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. Note! The Contractor Will Bear All Administrative Fees As A Result Of Activities Related To Obtaining Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions. Throughout The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Must Ensure The Designers Supervision And Ensure That The Designers Will Be At The Disposal Of The Employer Until The Expiry Of The Defect Notification Period.  Will Launch And Start-Up The Installations And Facilities That Are The Subject Of The Contract;  Will Carry Out Operational Tests To The Extent Necessary;  Will Conduct Training For The Ordering Partys Technical Staff In The Field Of Operation, Operation And Health And Safety For The Facilities That Are The Subject Of The Contract;  Will Achieve The Effects And Technical And Technological Parameters Defined In The Fup ; Will Provide Guarantees For The Proper Performance Of Works And Guarantee Inspections; Will Obtain All Documents And Meet All Requirements In The Mode Of Handing Over The Facility For Operation And Use (Including, Among Others: Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit, If Necessary, Or On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Notification Of The Competent Building Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction). Note! Modernization Of The Treatment Plant Should Be Carried Out While Maintaining The Continuous Operation Of The Treatment Plant (In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Relevant Regulations) And The Required Parameters Of Treated Sewage Discharged To The Receiver.4. The Detailed Subject Of The Order, Which Is The Basis For Submitting An Offer, Is Specified In: Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program Along With Program Attachments (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu); Appendix No. 11 To The Swz - Draft Agreement; - Which Be Considered Together.
