The Proceedings In Question Will Be Carried Out In Residential Premises Located In Radom In The Locations Included In Annex 11 (List And Description Of Premises).4. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: Demolition Works, Replacement Of Window And Door Carpentry, Construction Of Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards On A Steel Grid, Floors, Renovation Of Stoves And Kitchen Shafts, Painting Works, Sanitary Works, Gas Installations, Electrical Installations, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation For Each Dwelling .5. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Orders Issued By The Employer. The Scope Of Work For The Renovated Dwelling Will Be Specified By The Employer In The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Each Work Order. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Carry Out All The Works Specified In The Offer Cost Estimate, I.E. To Withdraw From Works Unnecessary For The Proper Execution Of The Renovation Of A Given Dwelling. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Measurement Units In Individual Cost Estimate Items, With The Reservation That The Maximum Value Of The Contract Will Not Exceed The Value Of The Contractors Offer.7. The Deadline For The Renovation Of The Premises On The Basis Of A Single Order Will Depend On The Size Of The Premises (Up To 30 M² Or Over 30 M²) And The Scope Of Renovation (Replacement Of Joinery Or Without Replacement Of Joinery) And The Declaration Submitted By The Contractor In The Offer Form.
