Public Service Delegation For The Operation, From The Second Half Of 2025, Of The Clermont-Lhérault Cinema Complex Composed Of 4 Screens. The Delegate Will Provide The Following Services: The Operation Of A Cinematographic Establishment With A Mixed, Generalist And Art And Essay Vocation. The Programming Which Must Be Sufficiently Varied To Interest All Audiences. The Implementation Of Actions To Support The Public And Animations In Connection With The Programming. As Ancillary Activities, The Sale Of Confectionery, Posters And Derivative Products, The Organization Of Cultural Events And The Rental Of Rooms. The Delegate Will Have To Finance And Carry Out The Interior Fittings Equipment As Well As The Acquisition Of Projection Equipment And Sound Equipment. The Operation Will Be At The Risk And Peril Of The Delegate Whose Remuneration Will Be Provided By The Products Of The Operation Of The Service And Related Activities. The Delegate Will Pay To The Delegator A Fee Defined At The End Of The Negotiations, According To The Terms Described In The Consultation Document
