Assessment And Review Of The Existing Legal And Regulatory Energy Sector Framework. 1. Reviewing The Current Legal & Regulatory Framework Of The Energy Sector Of Suriname, Specifically The Existing Electricity/Energy Laws, Other Relevant Legislation And Sector Regulations. 2. Identifying And Determining The Gaps Regarding The Legal & Regulatory Framework, Based On The Energy Policy Set Forward By The Government (Energy Sector Plan) And To Ensure That The Eas Is Not Constrained In The Execution Of Its Mandated Functions. 3.
