Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Cleaning And Maintenance Services For An Indoor Swimming Pool With An Artificial Ice Rink In Rawa Mazowiecka At 20 Katowicka Street

1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Cleaning And Maintenance Services For An Indoor Swimming Pool With An Artificial Ice Rink In Rawa Mazowiecka At 20 Katowicka Street, In Accordance With The Scope, Location And Schedule Presented In Appendix No. 9 To The Swz. 2) The Cleaning Service Should Be Performed By A Minimum Of 8 People, Including At Least 1 Person To Manage The Cleaning Service (Coordinator). 3) The Persons Referred To In Point 2 Must Have Current Sanitary And Epidemiological Examinations In Force At Swimming Pools And Training In The Rules Of Swimming Pool Operation. 4) Cleaning Services Should Be Performed In Accordance With Sanitary And Hygienic Regulations. 5) The Contractor Will Perform The Service Using Its Own Equipment Necessary To Perform The Contract, Consumables And Its Own Cleaning And Hygiene Products - Continuously Ensuring, Among Others, The Following Hygiene Products: A) Liquid Soap That Does Not Dry Hands; B) Plastic Bags For Waste (Color Depends On The Assortment), Fragrances, Toilet Blocks; C) Paper Towels, With Dimensions Adapted To The Dimensions And Types Of Dispensers Installed In Toilets And Rooms D) Toilet Paper, White, Easily Soluble, With Dimensions Adapted To The Containers Installed In Toilets; E) High-Quality Professional Furniture Cleaners, Liquids And Preparations For Washing And Maintaining Various Surfaces, Pastes, Disinfectants, Cleaning Agents In Toilets, Social Rooms And Preparations Suitable For The Care Of Floor Surfaces, Floors, Panels, Furniture; F) Hygiene Products Should Have Attestations Required By Law Entitling Them To Be Used In Poland; G) Equipment And Materials As Well As Cleaning And Hygiene Products Necessary To Perform The Item Of The Contract Will Be Delivered By The Contractor With Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense; H) Funds Should Be Regularly Replenished According To Consumption; - The Contractor Includes The Value Of All Cleaning Agents In The Price Of The Offer. 6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence And Accuracy And In Accordance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations. - The Need To Provide Round-The-Clock Service. In Addition, The Contractor Will Provide A Double Crew On Holidays, Holidays, Holidays, Weekends And Sports Events.8) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Waste From The Bins Located On The Facility (Including Its Segregation In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906)).9) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replenish Disinfectants, Disposable Towels, Toilet Paper, Toilet Blocks, Etc. On An Ongoing Basis.10) The Contractor Shall Supervise The Maintenance Of Cleanliness On The Premises Of Spa.11) The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement, Along With The Location And Schedule, Is Presented In Appendix No. 9 To Swz.12) The Technical Parameters Of The Indoor Swimming Facility With The Ice Rink Are Presented In Appendix No. 10 To Swz. The Frequency And Quality Of Services Provided And To Issue Ad Hoc Instructions To Persons Employed Directly By Y Execution Of The Order, As To The Manner, Frequency, Sequence And Time Of Commencement Of The Tasks. The Frequency Of Performed Works May Be Determined By The Ordering Party In The Case Of Unreliable Performance Of Works. 14) The Contractor Shall Ensure Availability For Additional Orders, E.G. Cleaning After Renovations. Company Clothes). 17) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate Closely With The Facility Staff. 18) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Containers From The Facilities - Packaging Of Used Cleaning Agents, Which Are Hazardous Waste. The Remaining Municipal Waste Will Be Managed By Zgo Aquarium Sp. Z O. O. Of The Concluded Contract, B) Assigning Cleaning To Persons Who, Due To Their Health Condition, Are Unable To Properly Perform The Duties Resulting From The Concluded Contract, C) Providing Employees With An Insufficient Amount Of Cleaning Equipment Or Cleaning Products, - Constitutes The Contractors Risk Related In Particular To Penalties Which The Ordering Party Will Impose In The Event Of Failures In The Proper Performance Of The Contract.21) Other Requirements For The Contractor: A) Maintaining Immaculate Cleanliness In All Rooms. B) Washing: • All Windows, Doors And Panes As Needed, The Frequency Will Be Agreed With The Swimming Pool Coordinator, • The External Façade Twice A Year On The Date Indicated By The Ordering Party, • The Floors On The Basin Once A Quarter During The Term Of The Contract, • The Ice Rink At Least 4 Times During The Term Of The Contract. • Carpet Cleaning In Offices Twice A Year And At The Request Of The Employer, • Machine Washing Of Floor Surfaces Intended For This Type Of Work.22) Persons Performing Cleaning Activities Should Be Provided With Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment By The Contractor In Accordance With Health And Safety Requirements.23) In The Event Of An Epidemic Threat, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Provide Employees With Personal Protective Equipment, I.E. Face Shields, Masks And Disposable Gloves; B) More Frequent Disinfection Of Cabinets And Changing Rooms After Each User; C) Ongoing Disinfection Of Gripping Surfaces Touched By Visitors (Door Handles, Handles, Cabinets, Handrails, Shelves, Benches, Light Switches, Faucets And Sanitary Surfaces And Around Swimming Pools); That Users Encounter. Regularly, Several Times A Day; E) More Frequent Replenishment Of Hand Sanitizer In Dispensers Located Throughout The Facility, The Purchase Of Which Will Be The Responsibility Of Zgo Aquarium.
