The Subject Of The Contract Is Renovation And Change Of Use Of The Classroom Into A Dental Office As Part Of Providing Dental Care At The School Complex At Teatralna In Piła As Part Of The Task Expansion Of The Dental Office At The School Complex At Teatralna In Piła With Equipment. 2. The Order Includes, Among Others: - Demolition Works With The Disposal Of Materials From Demolition, - Construction Of Partition Walls, - Thorough Renovation Of Rooms For The Needs Of The Office, I.E. Implementation Of New Plumbing, Central Heating, Electrical And Ventilation Systems, Replacement Of Floors, Window Sills, Painting Walls, - Delivery And Assembly Of Door Woodwork, - Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment And Finishing Elements: Slats, Furniture, Mirrors, Lacobel Photo Wallpapers, - Disassembly Of The Old Fence And Delivery And Assembly Of The New One. 3. Place Of Performance Of The Contract: The School Complex At Teatralna In Piła, Ul. Teatralna 1, 64-920 Piła.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In Appendix No. 3 To Swz.5. Guarantee And Warranty Period - Minimum 24 Months (Guarantee And Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Evaluating Tenders In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).6. The Employer Requires The Contractor To Have A Works Manager To Supervise The Execution Of The Works. The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With The Details Of The Works Manager Immediately Before Concluding The Contract.7. Building Materials Necessary To Perform The Contract Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In The Construction Industry And Have Valid Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.8. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order Contain The Names Of Manufacturers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Are Used Only And Exclusively To Determine The Desired Standard Of Performance And To Determine The Characteristics Of The Technical And Functional Requirements Assumed In The Technical Documentation For A Given Type Of Solution, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Be Treated As Designers Suggestions. Due To The Fact That The Contract Will Be Performed In A Functioning Building, The Employer Has The Following Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of Works: 1) Constant Supervision Of The Works, 2) Works May Be Carried Out On Working Days From 6:30 To 20:00 And Saturdays From 8:00 To 17:30, Excluding The Days I.E. May 4, 5 And 8, 2023. Due To The Matriculation Examination. A Detailed Schedule Of Works Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis During The Execution Of The Order With The Director Of The School Complex At Teatralna In Piła, 3) The Area Must Be Properly Secured, 4) All Materials, Devices And Equipment Must Be Secured Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, 5) After Completion Of The Works, All The Elements Of The Buildings And Its Equipment Subject To The Works Should Be Brought Back To Their Original Condition,6) The Work Area Should Be Tidied Up Every Day After The Work Is Completed.10. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Infringements Of The Law And Damages That May Occur In Connection With The Performance Of The Contract.11. The Use Of Materials Without Acknowledgment Of Origin Is Unacceptable. In The Event Of Installation Of Material That Does Not Comply With The Above-Mentioned Requirements, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle Them, And The Refusal To Perform Such Activities Will Result In Absolute Disassembly At The Expense Of The Contractor And With The Resulting Consequences.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Documents Confirming The Permission For Use / Incorporation In Relation To The Materials And Devices Used. The Documents May Be Certificates Or Test Reports, Ce Declarations Of Conformity Or Declarations Of Performance.13. The Contractor Shall Secure The Materials And Devices Temporarily Stored At The Construction Site - Until They Are Built In, Against Destruction, Damage, Theft Or Loss Of Quality, Properties Or Parameters, And Shall Make Them Available For Inspection By The Employers Representative. 14. The Contractor, As A Waste Producer, Is Responsible For The Recovery Or Disposal Of Any Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract And For Indicating The Place And Process Of The Recovery Or Disposal Of This Waste.
