Provision Of Catering Services For Children Who In The School Year 2022/2023 Attend Kindergartens And Primary School. T. Kościuszki In Goszyce, In The Period From April 3, 2023 To December 29, 2023. The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts: 1. Part I Of The Subject Of The Contract: Preparation And Delivery Of Breakfasts And Lunches With Afternoon Tea For 25 Children Aged 3-6, Attending Pre-School Departments At The Primary School. T. Kościuszki In Goszyce. A) The Size Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Term Of The Contract Is About 185 Days (Estimated Number Of Days On Which Pre-School Classes Are Held) X 25 = 4625 Full Daily Meals; B) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Contract (Depending On The Attendance Of Children); C) Meals Will Be Served In The Pre-School Wards Own Dishes; D) Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Pre-School Children Aged 3 To 6 And The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. 2. Ii Part Of The Subject Of The Contract: Preparation And Delivery Of Lunches With Afternoon Tea For About 20 Children Of School Age Attending The Primary School. T. Kościuszki In Goszyce. A) The Size Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Term Of The Contract Is About 135 Days (Estimated Number Of Days When School Classes Are Held) X 20 = 2700 Lunches With Afternoon Tea; B) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Orders (Depending On The Attendance Of Children); C) Meals Will Be Delivered And Issued In Disposable Containers. Requirements1. Breakfasts Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday From 8:30 - 9:00, Lunches Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday From 11:30 - 12:15.2. The Services Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided On All Working Days Of Pre-School Departments And The School, With The Exception Of Holidays, Holiday Breaks And Other Days Off, About Which The School Principal Will Inform The Contractor.3. Meals Must Be Varied, Prepared On The Basis Of The Highest Quality Products, In Accordance With Haccp Standards. Meals Must Meet The Nutritional Requirements Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For Pre-School Children, Cannot Be Prepared From Semi-Finished Products And Comply With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 (Journal Of Laws 2016.1154 Of 2016.08.01.) On Food Groups Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Mass Catering For Children And Youth In These Units. These Requirements Specify, Among Others, That The Meals Included In The Menu (Breakfast, Lunch) Must Be Differentiated In Terms Of The Use Of Foodstuffs From Different Groups And Should Include In Particular: Cereal Products Or Potatoes, Vegetables Or Fruit, Milk Or Dairy Products, Meat, Fish, Eggs, Nuts, Legumes And Other Seeds, And Fats. Soups, Sauces And Dishes Are To Be Made From Natural Ingredients, Without The Use Of Food Concentrates, Excluding Concentrates From Natural Ingredients. The Weekly Menu Should Contain No More Than Two Portions Of Fried Food, With Refined Vegetable Oil With More Than 50% Of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids And Less Than 40% Of Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids For Frying.4. Meals Must Be Of High Quality, Both In Terms Of Nutritional Value, Weight And Aesthetics, And Take Into Account Polish Culinary Traditions.5. The Contractor Takes Care Of The Proper Condition Of The Delivery Of Meals (Hot, Fresh, Tasty And Aesthetic Meals) And Properly Selected For The Age Of The Children.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Guidelines Received From The Employer.7. The Menu Will Be Prepared By The Contractor For A Period Of 10 Days And Will Contain Such Information As: Dish, Nutritional Value, Weight, Allergens And Delivered To The Ordering Party For Prior Approval And Sent In Electronic Form To The Schools Post Office.8. The Contractor Will Be Required To Collect And Store Samples Of All Dishes Included In Each Meal In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Mass Caterers (Journal Of Laws 2007.80.545). 9. Meals Will Be Delivered By The Contractor With Its Own Transport In Specialized Thermos Flasks Guaranteeing The Maintenance Of The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Imported Dishes. The Means Of Transport Must Be Approved By A Decision Of The Competent Sanitary Inspector For The Transport Of Meals For The Purposes Of Group Catering For Children. In The Event Of A Failure Or Other Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals Of Not Inferior Quality At His Own Expense From Other Sources.10. The Contractor Shall Ensure The Collection Of Disposable Containers As Well As Washing And Disinfection Of Thermos Flasks And Packaging In Its Own Rooms, In Which Meals Will Be Delivered, In Accordance With Sanitary And Microbiological Rules And Regulations And Haccp Standards.
