The Scope Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Works Related To The Project Rehabilitation And Modernization Of Naval Transport Infrastructure In Ports Outside The Tent - Port Corabia Network, Including All The Rest Of The Necessary Equipment, Mobile Machinery And Containers, Including All The Temporary Structures Necessary For Carrying Out The Site, In Accordance With The Territorial Development And Construction Conditions, The Design And Construction Being Done On The Basis Of The Approved Feasibility Study. The Study Resulted In The Following Main Works To Be Carried Out: • Hydrotechnical Works • Road Works • Water Supply Networks •Electrical Networks • Household And Storm Sewer Networks In The Port • Dredging To Ensure Mooring Depths. The Deadline By Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For Submission Of Offers (Conf. Art. 173, Paragraph 1 Of Law 99/2016).
