Gca Is Seeking A Qualified Firm To Facilitate And Expand Development Of Digital Early Warning Services Against Severe Weather Risk And Development Of Multihazard Contingency Plans For Climate Risk Preparedness In Niger, Kenya And Madagascar. The Work Will Include Enhancing Capacity For Use Of Such Early Warning Systems, Which Is Crucial For Supporting Risk Preparedness To Climatic Shocks That Mainly Affect The Rainfed Agricultural Systems, Which Are The Main Source Of Livelihoods For The Vulnerable People In Africa. The Detailed Terms Of Reference And Deliverables For This Assignment Are Presented In Annex 2 Of The Request For Proposals Posted On The Gca Website. All Deliverables Including Financial Reporting Must Be Submitted No Later Than 31 December 2023.
