Service Exploitation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Santa Coloma De Farners Sanitation System.The Object Of This Tender Is To Contract The Services Necessary To Carry Out A Correct Operation, Conservation And Maintenance Of The Sanitation System Of Santa Coloma De Farners, According To The Instructions Contained In The Ppl Of Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp) That Guarantee The Achieving The Quality Objectives Set In The Same And Fulfilling The Requirements Of Council Directive 91/271/Cee Of May 21, 1991, On The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater And Of Royal Decree 509/1996, Of 15 Of March, On The Development Of Royal Decree-Law 11/1995, Of December 28, By Which The Rules Applicable To The Treatment Of Urban Wastewater Are Established.. Likewise The Contracted Services Must Ensure Good Exploitation, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Civil Works And Electromechanical Equipment That Guarantee The Continuity Of The Service, Avoiding Unexpected Stoppages Due To Breakdowns, And Extending The Useful Life Of The Equipment Installed Following The Espe Maintenance Specifications Collected In The Pptp. The Description Of The Facilities Object Of This Contract, As Well As The Obligations And Specifications To Carry Out The Associated Works Are Described In The Pptp.
