As Part Of A New Public Transport Service Contract Due To Commence In January 2024 Which Involves Deployment Of Zero Emission Buses, The Waikato Regional Council (Wrc) Is Planning To Provide Depot Locations And Ev Charging Facilities To Support The Service. Two Depot Locations Have Been Identified At 3853 Cambridge Road In Cambridge And Havelock Street In Kihikihi For Overnight Bus Parking, Ev Charging & Driver Facilities, As Well As The Potential Of Additional Rapid Charging Facilities At The Hamilton Transport Centre. We Are Looking To Partner With A Provider To Supply And Install Reliable, User Friendly And Easily Maintainable Vehicle Charging Facilities And Associated Software And Cabling.
