The Contracting Authority Requires An Efficient, Cost-Effective Solution That Is Flexible, Scalable And Will Cater For Future Growth And Business Needs. The Contracting Authority Also Requires An Efficient And Cost-Effective Solution For Data Backup, Including Physical And Virtual Machines, Application Aware And File Level Backup, And For Disaster Recovery For Business-Critical Applications. Cloud Elements Of The Solution Must Be Located In The European Union (Eu). Data Must Be Encrypted During Transit And At Rest In The Dr Solution.
