The Subject Of The Contract Is The Digitization Of Geodetic And Cartographic Resources And The Integration Of The Acquired Data With The Software Used To Maintain The Resource In Podgik In Kluczbork For The Area Of The City And Commune Of Byczyna And The City And Commune Of Kluczbork. The Works Should Be Performed By Scanning Sets Of Documents Included In The Technical Reports And Other Materials Of The Poviat Resource, Collected And Stored In The Poviat Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center In Kluczbork, Along With Placing These Documents In The Pzgik System Database (Geo-Info V. 7 System, Systherm Info Sp. Z O.O. From Pozna ) Granting Georeferencing To Technical Operators By Creating In The Geo-Info 7 Program A Map Of The Object Range Of The Geodetic Resource (Goszzg) And Processing, Describing, Marking And Connecting The Scanned Documents In The Geo-Info Map And Geo- Info Resort. Part 1: Includes The Digitization Of The Geodetic And Cartographic Resources For The Area Of The Town And Commune Of Kluczbork And The Integration Of The Acquired Data With The Software Used To Maintain The Resource In Podgik In Kluczbork. Part I Concerning The City And Commune Of Kluczbork, Covering About 313,055 A4 Pages, Defining About 10,100 Ranges Of The Goszzg Geodetic Resource And Scanning And Georeferencing Documents (Maps, Outlines) Of About 1,212 Items In The Geo-Info Map And O rodek Program, In Accordance With The Terms Of Reference (Swz).2. Based On Article. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1510, As Amended) Of Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of Order Performance: - Persons Directly Performing Activities Related To The Analysis Of The Completeness Of The Technical Report And Recording Resource Materials In The Geo Info Center System, If Performing These Activities Involves Will Be Performing Work Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 1 Of The Labor Code. Employing People For The Performance Of The Contract Should Last Throughout The Entire Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Above-Mentioned Obligations Also Apply To Subcontractors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In Each Subcontract Relevant Provisions Obliging The Subcontractors To Employ All Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Under An Employment Contract.3. Requirements Specified In Art. 68 Of The Act On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels, I.E.: The Principles Of Electromobility Are Set Out In 5 Of The Draft Agreement.4. The Contractor Shall Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Which He Intends To Subcontract Or The Names (Companies) Of Subcontractors. 5. The Rules Regarding The Employment And Settlement Of Subcontractors Are Contained In 6 And 7 Of The Draft Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification, I.E. Annex 7.
